Mandy Steen is the founder of Seen & Heard Productions, an organization that creates inspirational films and provides low cost access to performing and media arts classes. As an alumn of The Juilliard School of Drama (Group 34) and a teacher with 15 years of teaching experience, Ms. Steen specializes in developing actors of all ages and developmental abilities. In addition to her theatre and film experience, she is a certified Special Education teacher with training in social skills, speech, and literacy intervention techniques.

Wielding a writing degree with an emphasis in Screenwriting, Jennifer splits her time across screenwriting, directing, producing, and teaching as a Reading Interventionist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her published works include Rain Plays Barefoot (2011) and Ticker Tock (2013). She is also the founder of Inkception Books, which provides a platform for emerging writers. Recently, it has expanded help produce collaborative works with Seen & Heard Productions. She is the lead screenwriter for Seen & Heard Productions and will make her directorial debut with the film short Let's Go!
